Deliverable:
Fitness for work certificate will be issued on day of medical to the client HR contact.

On occasion, additional medical information from the candidate’s treating GP or specialist will be required before a decision on fitness for work can be completed. This can delay the issuing of a certificate. The client HR contact will be informed in cases where a Dr to Dr request for medical information has been issued.

We have developed a standard form to facilitate the candidate’s treating GP submit the collateral medical information to the Medwise Occupational Health Physician.
