Insurance Medical Examination Report (MERs)

MedWise provide Life Assurance medicals to Insurance Companies.

Our services Include:

• Taking blood samples which we dispatch to private pathology labs for fast turnaround of results.
• Resting ECG if required.
• Dispatch of medical report on day of medical.
• Appointments within three days of initial inquiry.

Stress ECGs

We have had frequent inquiries from the life assurance sector about the provision of a Stress ECG Testing service. We are delighted to be able to provide this service in association with The Cardio Clinic, Vista Primary Care Campus, Naas.

Simply refer your client to the MedWise Clinic as usual, make it clear that a Stress ECG Test is required, we will then arrange two appointments with your client, one for the medical and blood tests at MedWise, the second appointment specifically for the stress ECG at The Cardio Clinic. The Cardio-Clinic will carry out this test and the report will be sent directly to underwriting. A single invoice will be generated from MedWise to cover the complete medical.

The stress ECG Test is signed off by a member of the Consultant Cardiologist team.

• Results are posted same day/next day
• The standard fee for the Stress ECG Test is €200
